New Shilpi Handi Crafts have more than 30 years of experience in supplying high-quality wood products globally. We take extreme care in packing and shipment of the product and have best shipping companies on board to serve you.

Still You may want to return the product if,

·         You did not like the product –  as liking is personal, still we are here to serve you

·         You received a damaged/ defective/ wrong product  – inform us within 72 hours of receiving the product and we will provide you the best possible solution – return/ refund/ replacement

All you need to do is:

·         Send us an image of the concerned product by email or Whatsapp

·         We will analyse the issue and a customer service representative will contact you to resolve the issue within 24 hours


We do not accept returns for:

·         Used Products/ product is not in the same condition as received

New Shilpi Handi Crafts is selling on all the major E-tailers like Amazon, Pepperfry, Snapdeal, Ebay, Shopclues and many more – we have a lot of experience in handling shipments and customer issues. Stay relaxed and for any issues we are just a phone call away.

When you receive the product ,  and noticed any signs of damage/ pilferage  to the shipment and packing while shipping please mention this at the time of delivery and write the comment at POD.

Without comment at POD  we regret to inform you that we will be unable to honour any loss for same.

Note: Shilpi will bear only shipping charges if applicable and if any Octroi charges is there that would be bear by customer itself.

Refunds

·         For canceled order(s) refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours. This time may be longer depending on the customer’s bank refund processing system.

·         For damaged returned products refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the product back in the facility or the provided address. Returned products are subject to inspection and once the inspection is complete email confirmation will be sent to the registered email address of customer with the details of the processed refund

·         For products returned by the customer “at will” to our mail address after the confirmation from the customer service, a service charge may be deducted as mentioned by the customer service representative during the conversation with the customer.

·         No returns are accepted after 15 days of receiving the product.

Please note that in case of returns, as we don't have a tie-up with any of the transport / courier companies for reverse pickup services, the customer will not have the option for reverse pickup will have to do a self-return.
